Why I Started This
I started SaveHomeMovies.com because I know firsthand what it feels like to almost lose something irreplaceable. Old tapes don’t last forever — they degrade quietly on a shelf, year after year, until one day you hit play and the picture is gone. I didn’t want that to happen to anyone else’s memories.
A Personal, Hands-On Service
Right now, this is just me. I don’t have a team, a warehouse, or a fleet of machines. What I do have is the time, the care, and the genuine desire to do this right. Every tape you send me gets my full personal attention — I’m not processing thousands of orders at once. Yours matters.
I handle VHS, VHS-C, 8mm reels, Super 8, Hi8 / Video8, and MiniDV tapes — and I deliver everything as MP4 files on USB, by cloud download, or on DVD. But more than that, I handle your memories carefully, honestly, and with the kind of care you’d want from someone you trust.
